About our Bed & BreakfastOver 2 acres of great northern red pines offering a surprise package of nature's delights. A short walk will take you to lovely Skeleton Lake, one of the prettiest lakes in Muskoka. Enjoy swimming, boating, hiking, cross country skiing on groomed trails, mountain and dirt biking, snowmobiling, atv'ing, skiing. Enjoy the ambiance - from the call of the loons to the inspiration of the Northern Lights. Treat yourself, come and relax by the fire. From our hot tub you can hear the sounds of nature or gaze at a star-filled evening sky. We are just 15 minutes by car to Windemere, Port Carling, Rosseau, Bracebridge, and Huntsville where you can explore the distinctive shops and restaurants. There are many artisans and craft fairs, local farm markets and boat shows all to enjoy during our Muskoka summers. Our Otis Madeira bedroom offers a queen size luxury bed with a private bathroom. In addition the loft can accommodate two young children. Our Jonquil bedroom with a queen size luxury bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub offers you a private and quiet respite. Read a book or take in the quiet of our surroundings on your private porch. We also offer a screened tent in our backyard beside the gardens and pond to enjoy. | Directions: From Highway 11, exit onto Highway 141 West. Follow 141 through Utterson and continue to the stop sign. Turn right towards Rosseau passing through the village of Raymond. Watch for Skeleton Lake Road 2 and turn right. After .6 km the road forks - keep to the right. Follow this road for another .7 km to #1049 on the left at the top of the hill. | ||||||
| Cancellation Policy: Deposit required to guarantee reservation: 50% of rate for a 1 night stay, 2 or more nights requires a deposit of 1 night's stay. Cancellation Policy: with 7 days notice - full refund, less than 7 days, the deposit is returned if the vacancy is filled. A 2-night booking is preferred on holiday weekends. | ||||||
